Good To Know

There is stress-free onsite parking at The Pampered Cow.
The Pampered Cow is currently a female-only space within my home in a dedicated studio. I am a fully qualified skin therapist and massage therapist, with years of experience working in the spa industry.

The Pampered Cow is on the ground floor in a private studio room, with dedicated bathroom facilities. Male clients are only accepted by existing client referral and at the therapist’s discretion.

As a qualified beauty therapist with a VTCT qualification in Beauty Therapy and industry experience, I am dedicated to providing safe and effective treatments.I am also certified with Dermalogica and a Dermalogica skin expert.If you would like more information, please don’t hesitate to contact me here

Where Can I find you

In the village of Hixon, close to Uttoxeter and Abbots Bromley and of course Stafford, I offer 1–1 facials and massage treatments from my cosy and private home studio

Are you insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance with the gold standard of beauty insurance, Babtac

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking is available at The Pampered Cow (I have a large drive). I will send you instructions once you’ve booked. Along with detail instructions on how to get here.

What’s your cancellation policy?

For treatments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice are fully refunded.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.

Are you qualified?

Yes, I am qualified as a level 3 beauty therapist, this also includes professional recognised training in Indian head massage and Swedish massage. I am also a trained Dermalogica Expert and partnered with them. My training was completed in 2005 and was 2 years full-time and then off to the spas I went! I often go on additional classes and training as I love learning new techniques to bring to my studio. I am also a registered member of British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC)

What do I wear or bring?

I want you to be comfortable, so wear something you are comfortable in and that you can relax in after your treatment on your journey home. I have robes and gowns for you to wear if you do not feel fully comfortable getting completely undressed. This treatment is about you and what you would like, I'm here to help.

Feel free to come in with make up on as I'll be removing it anyway!
